The Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions is responsible for ensuring that acquired companies, business units, systems, processes and employees are successfully integrated into the organization after a merger or acquisition closes. This position will lead the planning, execution, and governance of postmerger integration activities (revenue and unit growth, operational efficiencies and cultural alignment) to achieve the value anticipated in the transaction while minimizing disruption. The Manager will also support the M&A team on new acquisition deals as requested by the VP of M&A.

Establish and deploy a “go to market approach” for the acquired firm and local Schindler office, ensure proper safety orientation and ongoing safety management is deployed, implement the Schindler FQE processes, ensure employee and cost synergies are implemented, proper sales, management, and technical training are deployed.
