Job summary

You will manage transaction execution, coordinating cross-functional teams and external advisers from evaluation to closing. The role requires 10+ years in M&A, strong financial modeling, and experience with post-merger integration; international deals encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
• MBA, CPA or CFA is preferred.
• 10+ years in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing and cross-border deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of acquisitions and divestitures from evaluation to closing.
• Develop transaction workplans and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Oversee due diligence across financial, legal, tax, and operational areas.
• Prepare analyses and materials for senior leadership and Board.
• Support post-merger integration and track synergies.
