Schindler in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Manager Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions to lead post-acquisition integration efforts. You will supervise planning, execution, and governance of integration activities across teams, with a focus on delivering financial targets and cultural alignment.

The role requires 5+ years of GM and leadership experience, with elevator and branch-operations exposure preferred, and up to 50% travel. MBA is a plus, and strong change-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher business degree preferred with finance emphasis.
• MBA preferred or equivalent advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-acquisition integration planning and execution from Day 1 through long-term integration, focusing on change management, stakeholder communications, talent retention, and value realization.
• Serve as single point of contact for acquired companies and Schindler during integration; manage relationships with senior leaders, boards, investors, and executives.
• Monitor integration KPIs (cost & revenue synergies, operational effectiveness, growth opportunities) and provide executive reporting.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention efforts to minimize portfolio losses due to the acquisition.
• Coordinate HR onboarding, payroll, invoicing, cost center establishment, and IT transitions within the integration program.
