Current is seeking a Senior Manager of Integrations to lead the end-to-end integration of acquired accounting firms. The role requires coordinating finance, IT, HR, and operations, aligning with leadership and managing partners, and driving cultural assimilation in fast-changing environments.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects, build trust with senior stakeholders, and travel regionally to NY and NJ as needed.

Formación

• 5+ years in operations or leadership within an accounting firm.
• Experience with M&A integration preferred.
• Understanding of partner dynamics, workflows, systems and regulatory context.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior leaders and partner groups.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including NY and NJ.
• Entrepreneurial and company-builder mindset with high integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration activities for newly acquired firms across functions (accounting, finance, IT, HR, compliance).
• Define timelines, workstreams, milestones, risks, and cross-functional accountability.
• Manage relationships with Managing Partners and leadership teams from Day 1.
• Coordinate efforts across departments and ensure delivery of integration workstreams.
• Support cultural integration, onboarding, and change management.
• Apply and continuously improve the integration playbook and mitigate risks.
• Regularly report status, risks, and opportunities to Regional VP, CEO, and Managing Partners.
• Collaborate with firms to share best practices across integrations.
