Job summary

S+H Search is seeking a Director of M&A Integration to lead and scale integration efforts for a growing pipeline of acquisitions. You will partner with executive leadership, Corporate Development, and acquired-company teams from pre-close planning through post-close execution to deliver Day 1 readiness and sustained value creation.

You will manage cross-functional programs spanning Finance, HR, IT, and operations, build repeatable playbooks, and influence decision-making at the highest level

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading M&A integration, post-merger integration, transformation, or other complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive progress in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and executive-facing skills.
• Experience across multiple business functions preferred; PE-backed, acquisitive, or multi-site environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, working across functions, and helping newly acquired businesses transition successfully into a larger platform.
