Schindler Elevator Corporation (U.S.) is seeking a Strategic Analyst for Mergers & Acquisitions in Morristown, NJ. You will evaluate potential acquisitions, perform due diligence, and help integrate acquired companies into SEC’s M&A team, with significant exposure to executives and global leaders.

You will lead valuation analyses, develop strategic insights, and build cross-functional collaboration to support growth objectives while communicating findings to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• BA in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• MBA preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned aspects of the transaction process, from valuation through deal completion.
• Conduct valuation and financial analyses, including DCF, merger consequences and IRR.
• Synthesize due diligence findings and identify key risks.
• Draft reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
