Job summary

Morton Buildings is seeking construction crew members and employee owners to join a leading post-frame construction company with 120+ years in business. Earn bonuses, including $2,000 first year and $500 quarterly in the first year, with weekly pay and an ESOP.)

Salary ranges from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly. Expect 40% travel, extensive on-site work, and opportunities for progressive pay increases tied to experience and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work.
• Commitment to safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Willingness to operate construction tools safely.
• Able to lift 50 lb, occasionally 100 lb.
• Able to work at heights up to 40 ft.
• Position requires 40% travel (overnight travel possible).

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand, and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely and efficiently construct buildings.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roof structures, install doors/windows, and apply siding/ roofing materials.
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, organized, productive, and respectful environment.
