Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owners and help build post-frame structures nationwide. You will learn safety procedures, read plans, and use tools to construct buildings on-site.

Earn $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, paid weekly, with a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, plus Employee Stock Ownership Program benefits and comprehensive safety training.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction/post-frame or framing preferred.
• Willingness to participate in a training program.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of handling physically demanding work and heights up to 40 ft.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety procedures and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls/roofs, install windows/doors, and apply siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew members in a safe and organized environment.
