With over 120 years in business, the company leads in post-frame construction and operates across 100+ centers nationwide. Earn a $2,000 first-year bonus plus $500 quarterly during year one, plus weekly pay at $21.00–$23.00 per hour and an ESOP.

Applicants must be capable of heavy lifting, travel up to 10% and working 9–10 hour days during peak season, joining a team-focused, safety-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Building construction or framing experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in training programs and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in physically demanding conditions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use various tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks like footings, framing, windows, doors, siding and roofing installations.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a respectful, productive work environment.
