Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our employee-owners and contribute to post-frame projects nationwide. The role emphasizes following established procedures, reading plans, and safely using tools to build structures.

Wage is $23.00 to $25.00 per hour, paid weekly, with bonuses and extensive benefits including ESOP and health coverage. Travel up to 15% and 9–10 hour workdays during peak seasons are typical.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-frame construction or carpentry preferred.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans accurately.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Complete tasks such as footings, framing, doors, siding, roofing, and trims.
• Collaborate with crew members in a safe, productive environment.
