Qualifications

• Building construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete training program.

• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to follow directions and produce quality work.
• Commitment to safety procedures and proper tool use.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs and work at heights up to 40 feet.
• Position may require 25% travel including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Construct footings, frame walls and roofs, install windows and doors, and apply siding and roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
