Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews and employee owners. The company is the industry leader in post-frame construction with 120 years in business and over 100 nationwide centers.

Salary is $21.00 to $23.00 per hour based on experience, with an additional $2,000 first-year bonus and $500 quarterly bonuses during the first year. Position includes travel up to 10% and benefits such as ESOP and more.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-frame construction or framing preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds.
• Willingness to travel 10% including overnight trips.
• Valid driver’s license preferred; Class A CDL highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton safety and construction procedures.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks such as footing installation, framing, doors, siding and roofing.
• Work with crew in a safe, organized, respectful environment.
