Morton Buildings is seeking construction crew members to join our teams across the United States. Under guidance of crew foremen, you will learn and apply safety and construction procedures, read plans, and use tools to build post-frame buildings.

Responsibilities include digging footings, framing, installing doors/windows, and applying siding/roofing materials. Expect 10% travel, competitive hourly pay, and year‑round opportunities with bonuses and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and construct to provided plans.
• Use tools and equipment to build structures safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roofs, install doors and windows, and apply siding and roofing materials.
