Expected travel up to 25% with potential overnight trips, and a strong emphasis on teamwork and safety. Compensation includes a $2,000 first-year bonus, $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, and a weekly paid schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame, carpentry or framing) preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Ability to travel up to 25% including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks like footing installation, framing, roofing, siding, and trims.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
