Qualifications

• Building construction/post-frame or carpentry experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• Capable of 25% travel (including occasional overnight trips).

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to safely construct buildings.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roofs, install windows and doors, and apply siding and roofing materials.
• Work with crew members in a safety, organized, productive environment.
