Descrizione del lavoro

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews and employee-owners. You will work under a crew foreman to read plans, dig footings, frame walls and roofs, install doors, windows, siding, and roofing materials, and perform finishing work while maintaining safety and quality.

Expect 9–10 hour days during peak season with up to 20% travel, potentially overnight for up to two weeks. Earn a $2000 bonus in your first year, plus a $500 quarterly retention bonus, paid weekly, and participate

Competenze

Building construction experience (post-frame), carpentry or framing preferred.
Willingness to participate in training program.
Valid driver’s license preferred.
Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
