Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our team. Under the crew foreman, you will follow safety procedures, read plans, and use tools to construct post-frame buildings across multiple sites.

The role offers hourly pay of $22.00–$24.00 with overtime during peak season, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus in year one. ESOP benefits and comprehensive health coverage are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or carpentry is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training programs.
• Ability to read and follow construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and build according to plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Assist with digging footings and framing walls/roofs.
• Install windows, doors, siding, roofing as directed.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive environment.
