New crew members receive a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, plus a $2000 first-year bonus. Expect weekly pay at $22.00–$24.00 per hour, based on experience, with travel and physical demands as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Post-frame construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Able to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction standards.
• Read and build according to plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Dig footings and frame walls/roofs; install doors, windows, siding, roofing.
• Travel up to 20% (overnight travel may occur).
