Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews. Earn $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year. This role requires travel up to 40% and a valid driver’s license is preferred. Training and ESOP benefits are provided.

Under supervision, you will learn and apply Morton safety and construction standards, read plans, and build structures with various materials. Physical stamina is essential for a demanding schedule.

Qualifications

• Willing to participate in a training program.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and follow Morton Buildings' safety/construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Operate tools and equipment to construct buildings.
• Perform tasks like digging, footings, framing, installing siding/roofing, and trimwork.
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, organized environment.
