Morton Buildings Inc. is seeking crew members to join our expanding post-frame construction teams. The role involves learning safety procedures, reading plans, and building structures under the guidance of a crew foreman.

You will operate various tools to construct footings, framing, siding, and roofing while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• On-the-job or school training in construction
• Willingness to participate in a training program
• Ability to operate construction tools safely and efficiently
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working at heights

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures
• Read and build according to construction plans
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roofs, install windows and doors
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment
