Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding our construction crews in Minnesota. Earn $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, with a $2,000 bonus in year one and an additional $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, subject to taxes.

You will learn safety procedures, read plans, and build post-frame structures across our sites, with travel up to 10% and lifting up to 100 pounds. Qualifications include post-frame or carpentry experience, a willingness to train, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in building construction (post-frame, carpentry or framing) is preferred.
• Willingness to participate in and complete training program.
• Able to read and follow construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Operate tools and equipment to construct buildings safely.
• Dig footings, frame walls/roofs, install windows/doors, and apply siding/roofing materials.
• Work with crew in a safe, organized environment and show respect to all.
