Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members to join our experienced team. You will learn safety procedures, read and build from construction plans, and use various tools to erect post-frame buildings across our projects.

This role offers pay between $19 and $21 per hour, plus a $2,000 first-year bonus and a $500 quarterly bonus in year one, along with employee stock ownership (ESOP) and competitive benefits. Some travel is required.

Formación

• Building construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak construction season.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working at heights.

Responsabilidades

• Learn, keep current with and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures, methods, and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize various tools and equipment to safely and efficiently construct buildings.
• Finish tasks such as digging footings, framing walls/roofs, installing windows/doors and siding.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
