Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking construction crew members in the United States to join our team. You will learn and apply safety procedures, read construction plans, and operate tools to build post-frame structures across varied sites.

Expect long days during peak season and occasional travel as needed. We offer an $2,000 first-year bonus plus a $500 quarterly retention bonus, along with Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), strong health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Building construction/post-frame experience preferred (on the job or in school).
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Ability to take direction and produce quality work.
• Willingness to maintain and operate construction tools safely.
• Ability to operate safety equipment efficiently and effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks like digging footings, framing, and installing siding/roofing.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, organized work environment.
