Qualifications

• Experience in building construction or post-frame carpentry
• Willingness to participate in training program
• Valid driver''s license preferred
• Available to work 9-10 hours during peak season
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Produce quality work efficiently
• Adhere to safety processes and procedures
• Operate construction tools safely at heights up to 40 feet
• Capable of lifting 50-100 pounds as needed
• Willingness to travel up to 50% including overnight trips

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures
• Read and build according to construction plans
• Utilize tools and equipment to construct buildings
• Perform tasks such as footings, framing, installing windows/doors, and siding/roofing
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, organized work environment
