Morton Buildings, Inc. is hiring construction crews for post-frame buildings. Earn $23.00 to $25.00 per hour with weekly pay and quarterly bonuses during your first year. Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) and comprehensive benefits are included.

Travel to job sites is required, with 20% travel and potential overnight stays. New crew members receive a $500 quarterly bonus during year one. A pre-placement drug screen and safety training are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Post-frame construction or carpentry experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in training program.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
• Capable of 20% travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Safely operate tools and equipment to erect buildings.
• Complete tasks like footing installation, framing, doors, and siding.
• Collaborate with crew in a safe, respectful environment.
