Qualifications

• Building construction/post-frame experience preferred, on the job or in school.
• Willingness to participate in and complete a training program.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Available to work 9–10 hours during peak season.
• Capable of lifting heavy loads and working at heights.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings' safety and construction procedures.
• Read and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Complete tasks such as footing installation, framing, windows/doors, siding/roofing, and trims.
• Work with crew to maintain a safe, organized, and respectful environment.
