Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is expanding its construction crews and employee owners. The company has over 120 years in post-frame construction and offers an ESOP and substantial bonuses. The role pays $22.00–$24.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a focus on safety and teamwork.

New crew members receive a $500 quarterly bonus during the first year, with an additional $2,000 retention bonus in the first year. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Building construction or carpentry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply Morton Buildings safety and construction procedures, methods and standards.
• Read, understand and build according to construction plans.
• Use tools and equipment to construct buildings safely and efficiently.
• Dig and install footings, frame walls and roof structures, install windows and doors, and install siding and roofing materials.
• Collaborate with crew to maintain a safe, productive work environment.
