Job summary

Saab AB, based in the United States, seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities after DoD hardware delivery. You will serve as the primary contact for post-delivery matters, coordinating with Saab leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure performance objectives are met and improvements are implemented.

The role requires strong leadership, program management experience, and a focus on quality and risk mitigation, with up to 15% travel domestically

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience in Project Management and collaboration in a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-delivery contact coordinating with program leadership, customers, and Saab teams.
• Provide leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization and cost/schedule performance.
• Manage basic order agreements with customers, including quotes and order reviews.
• Coordinate spares and repairs with cross-functional teams and ensure parts availability for service events.
• Track on-time delivery and key program metrics while managing cost, schedule, and quality.
• Develop customer reports and present updates during PMRs with Saab and customers.
• Ensure compliance with Saab SOPs and identify process improvements.
• Travel up to 15% annually domestically and internationally.
