Saab AB in the United States seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment for multiple DoD customers, serving as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities and coordinating with leadership, customers, and Saab teams across the lifecycle of fielded systems.

You will apply program and project management to oversee sustainment operations, resolve customer issues, manage spares, quotes, and service contracts, and drive continuous improvement with a focus on quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience
• Experience in Project Management within a collaborative team environment
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must currently hold a Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for post-delivery activities, coordinating with program leadership, customers, and internal Saab stakeholders
• Provide programmatic leadership and oversight of depot and customer support activities, including prioritization, resource planning, and cost/schedule performance
• Manage Basic Order Agreements, quotes, PO reviews, and Task Order Management with customers
• Coordinate spares and repairs, including quoting, order management, and service contract proposals
• Coordinate service event planning with the Technical Support Manager, Saab engineers, and field technicians
• Support field technicians during service events by arranging parts and follow-up with Saab teams
