Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a Post-Delivery Program Manager to oversee sustainment activities for fielded systems delivered to DoD customers.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with customers and program leadership, and ensure quality, risk management, and continuous improvement across the lifecycle. In this role you will manage spares, repairs, and service contracts, drive performance metrics, and participate in planning cycles with revenue forecasts and order projections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in Project Management and cross-functional teamwork.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Visio, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary post-delivery contact for Saab customers and leadership.
• Provide oversight of depot and customer support activities with cost and schedule accountability.
• Manage spares, repairs, quotes, and service contracts for integration efforts and field support.
• Coordinate service event planning with customers, Saab engineers, and technicians.
• Track delivery performance and support continuous improvement and RCCA.
