This role requires coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling visits, and maintaining service vehicle supplies, with emphasis on workmanship and timely communication. Travel and driving license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic academic and practical skills.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with homeowners and teammates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Performs inspections and repairs for completed homes per warranties and policies.
• Schedules and coordinates work with subcontractors to meet customer needs.
• Initiates service work orders and tracks progress and quality of work.
• Maintains service vehicle inventories and required equipment.
• Participates in departmental meetings to improve workflow and performance.
• Assist on special projects as requested.
