• Performs Post Closing Visits (PCCV) and inspections to ensure warranty compliance.
• Coordinates and supervises subcontractors to complete repairs.
• Maintains repair work orders, schedules appointments, and communicates with customers.
• Supports departmental meetings to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Assist in special projects as required.
