Job summary

M/I Homes is seeking a Service/Inspection professional to perform post-closing customer visits and on-site inspections, ensuring high-quality service and warranty adherence. You will coordinate with subcontractors, manage work orders, and maintain service equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of home building processes. This on-site role involves travel and collaboration with a team to sustain customer

Qualifications

• High school graduate with 1–5 years of related work experience and/or training.
• Related supervisory experience desirable; knowledge of home building industry helpful.
• Good knowledge of customer service requirements and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform PCCV inspections and on-site repairs to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, schedule work, monitor progress and quality.
• Direct and supervise subcontractors to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Maintain service vehicle inventories and equipment.
• Attend departmental meetings to discuss service issues and workflow.
• Assist with special projects as requested.
