Qualifications

• High school diploma plus 1–5 years in related work or training.
• Knowledge of home building processes and customer service requirements.
• Proficient with computers and software.

Responsabilités

• Conduct post-closing inspections and repairs to meet warranties and company policies.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to schedule and complete work.
• Direct and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain vehicle inventories and necessary equipment.
• Attend departmental meetings to discuss service issues and improve workflow.
• Assist in special projects as requested.
