Job summary

Solventum is hiring a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to manage a sales territory, drive customer support and portfolio growth, and build strong relationships with clinicians and administrators.

The role requires experience in sales/clinical settings, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce. Travel up to 20% in a field-based position is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• OR
• High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Proven track record of quota & target attainment
• Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience
• Experience navigating complex selling cycles
• Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)
• Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas
• Customer focused selling and closing.
• Outstanding data and analytical skills
• Completion of a formal sales training program
• Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
• Experience with navigating new product introductions and the value analysis review process

Responsibilities

• Account management and territory leadership to deliver sustainable growth
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning
• Maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products
• Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for solutions
• Grow adoption of electronic order submission platforms and therapy programs
• Ensure orders are billable with required documentation
