Job summary

Solventum in the United States is seeking a Post-acute Advanced Wound Care Specialist to drive growth in a dedicated sales territory. You will partner with clinicians and administrative leaders to deliver value through innovative wound care solutions.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, territory management, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 20% is required, and success hinges on building durable relationships, accurate documentation, and effective product demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years sales, clinical, or related experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Account and territory management to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets / quotas.
• Use data and analytics to inform business planning.
• Maintain sales call data utilizing Salesforce.com.
• Identify and solve customer financial & clinical priorities & constraints.
• Routinely consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of products.
• Persuade key stakeholders at post-acute facilities to advocate for proposed solutions and products.
• Grow adoption and utilization of electronic order submission platforms and therapy consignment programs.
• Ensure orders are billable by obtaining necessary required documentation.
• Provide customer support / service.
• Support conference, trade shows, and symposiums.
