Job summary

TRUNO Retail Technology Solutions seeks a POS Field Service Technician to respond rapidly to service requests at customer sites within the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and test POS hardware and related equipment, maintaining accurate records and inventory.

Expect to travel within a 150-mile radius with occasional overnight stays, ensuring high-quality service and clear communication with store teams. Prior experience with Windows and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of technology service experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Windows and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests promptly and document details for each call.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and test in-store equipment and related hardware.
• Travel to customer sites within a 150-mile radius, with limited overnight stays.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment and adhere to records.
• Communicate clearly with store personnel and Truno teams.
• Provide preventative maintenance and perform software/hardware installs as needed.
