Job summary

Kohl's in Wisconsin is seeking a Supervisory Associate to lead, coach and develop a team delivering fast, accurate checkout and exceptional customer service. You will work with store leadership to teach, supervise and execute service processes with consistency and efficiency.

You will coach on POS and customer service standards, support merchandising and product knowledge, manage cash processes and guard store assets, and drive KPIs to meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute POS and customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to Kohl's brand standards.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, voided transactions).
• Use KPIs to make informed business decisions that drive store results.
