Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience supervising teams or associates with coaching to meet daily goals.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• 2 years experience in retail or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the store in meeting overall targets.
• Coach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards.
• Support training on merchandising, product knowledge and store tools.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and proper merchandise disposition practices.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes such as register balancing and cash handling.
