Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams or associates and coaching to daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and a compelling customer experience at POS and Customer Service.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support storewide goals.
• Coach, teach and train associates to execute POS and customer service standards per guidelines.
• Support training on merchandising standards, product knowledge and tools; uphold Kohl’s brand standards.
• Oversee daily cash-related processes such as register balancing, change orders, and voided transactions.
• Use KPIs to drive store results and manage multiple tasks within timeframes.
