Job summary

Pearson is seeking a commercially minded portfolio professional to own the Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training offerings. You will drive strategy, pricing, and go-to-market decisions, partnering with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to maximize enterprise impact and client value.

With 4+ years in product/portfolio roles, you will connect market insight, financial performance, and learning quality to inform roadmap decisions and executive conversations. This is a full-time, on-site U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in product management, portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Experience contributing to or managing revenue, pricing, or P&L outcomes.
• Strong data fluency with ability to use evidence for portfolio/investment decisions.
• Experience running customer discovery and translating findings into strategy/roadmap/go-to-market decisions.
• Proven ability to work with enterprise sales teams and influence across functions without direct authority.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with senior enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day commercial performance of Knowledge Suite and Pearson Live Training, including accountability for revenue, margin, forecasting, and budget within ECT's plan.
• Develop commercial strategy recommendations and pricing/packaging proposals with finance and sales.
• Lead go-to-market execution: segmentation, buyer personas, launch plans, sales enablement, and partner/client positioning.
• Define the learning roadmap and prioritize experiences based on evidence and value.
• Coordinate across functions to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Apply AI tools to portfolio work for prototyping, hypothesis testing, and data synthesis.
