Job summary

The role provides executive leadership, mentors Project Managers, ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality, and guides long-term strategic growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in mechanical construction with PM/leadership experience.
• Experience leading large commercial/industrial mechanical projects.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L skills.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor project managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of multiple mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and operational teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Maintain accountability for project profitability, forecasting, risk management, and financial performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Participate in business development, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with estimating, preconstruction, operations, VDC, fabrication, and field leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions to improve outcomes.
