Job summary

Upgrade Resources is seeking a Project Executive - Mechanical in Waco, TX to lead large mechanical construction projects from pursuit through closeout. You will own profitability, mentor project teams, and manage client relationships on major data center, hospital, and commercial builds.

• 4-year degree in engineering, business administration, or construction management or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Lead large mechanical projects from pursuit through start-up and closeout with full accountability for financial outcomes
• Close new work by representing company capabilities during pre-construction
• Mentor project managers, engineers, estimators, and superintendents on assigned projects
• Set project milestones and supervise qualified staff to meet schedule and budget
• Maintain client relationships and ensure accurate financial and project reporting
• Visit project sites regularly to review performance and expenditures
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to protect profitability
