icon Mechanical is seeking a Project Executive to lead our Operations team. This senior role oversees Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, and project teams, aligning execution with client expectations and business growth across an assigned area.

The position reports to the VP of Operations and involves travel to offices and jobsites roughly 60–70% of the time, with a focus on strategic leadership and long-term portfolio success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience in mechanical construction or related field.
• Experience managing multiple project managers and large projects (often $200M+).
• Strong business and financial acumen with profit, forecasting, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Project Directors, Senior PMs, and project teams.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, resource utilization, risk, and performance.
• Drive development and execution of strategic initiatives and growth plans.
• Mentor and develop high-performing professionals across portfolios.
• Travel 60-70% to offices and job sites as needed.
