Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in construction with focus on mechanical systems.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial, mission-critical or healthcare projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and MEP systems.
• Experience with design-build and BIM/VDC coordination.
• Familiarity with building codes and mechanical standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle for mechanical systems.
• Lead and coordinate the design-build process per project specs.
• Coordinate with subs and vendors to align with goals and standards.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and mechanical standards.
• Utilize BIM/VDC for planning and execution.
• Monitor progress and adjust to keep on track.
• Present project updates to stakeholders.
• Foster collaborative team environment.
