The candidate will drive profitability, mentor PMs, and nurture client relationships while collaborating with executive leadership on growth initiatives and resource alignment. Expect significant travel to client sites and offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in mechanical construction or related field.
• 3–5 years managing multiple PMs and projects.
• Experience with large capital projects, data centers, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and risk mitigation across project teams.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project managers.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, resources, and performance.
• Collaborate with Preconstruction and Estimating for pursuits and startups.
• Drive profitability, cash flow, forecasting, and cost management.
• Develop client relationships and expand business opportunities.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams; drive accountability.
