Job summary

Elite Executive Solutions is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects in the Austin, Texas market. The role requires coordinating complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems from preconstruction through turnover, with a strong focus on cost control and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management within commercial or mission-critical construction, a deep understanding of MEP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial, MEP, mechanical, electrical, or mission-critical construction.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical construction systems.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, schedules, procurement, change orders, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, and related systems.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, procurement plans, and critical-path activities.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
• Lead project meetings and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project reporting and visibility into project performance.
