Koch Engineered Solutions, through its DEPCOM Power subsidiary, seeks a Portfolio Executive for the Midwest to drive a multi‑project portfolio of utility‑scale solar PV and BESS initiatives. You will lead cross‑functional teams, balance self‑perform and subcontracted work, and strengthen client partnerships to deliver value.

The role requires strategic leadership, deep EPC experience, and the ability to manage complex projects with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Experience with EPC projects from design to closeout.
• Proven P&L ownership for large portfolios or business units (>$100M).
• Leadership of Project Management teams and senior staff development.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Provide portfolio-level strategic leadership with full P&L responsibility across a multi‑project portfolio.
• Oversee multiple PMs delivering PV and BESS projects via self‑perform and subcontracted execution.
• Define portfolio construction strategy balancing internal capabilities, cost, schedule, quality and risk.
• Foster long‑term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
