Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Portfolio Executive to lead a multi-project portfolio of utility-scale solar PV and BESS in the Midwest. Remote within the U.S. with up to 50% travel and no visa sponsorship.

You will drive strategic portfolio leadership, transform project delivery through innovative practices, and mentor senior teams to deliver value for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• EPC experience across full project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility for portfolios exceeding $100 million.
• Experience leading PM teams and mentoring senior staff.
• Strong business economics, contracts, and negotiations capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own full profit and loss for a multi-project portfolio.
• Oversee multiple Project Managers delivering PV and BESS projects.
• Cultivate long-term customer partnerships and drive repeat business.
• Lead transformative enterprise-scale initiatives to improve delivery performance.
• Mentor teams and foster skill development.
• Communicate capability gaps and drive strategic solutions.
