Revolution Technologies is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a team of Supervisors across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service and consistent processes for advisors and clients. You will drive performance, coaching, and operational improvements in a hybrid work setting.

You will oversee daily operations, develop plans, communicate strategy, and align across departments with Directors and peers to enhance client experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years overall work experience.
• 3–6 years management experience.
• Cross-site leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Supervisors across multiple sites to deliver high-quality service and consistent execution.
• Oversee day-to-day service operations and develop plans and outcomes for a service operations area.
• Communicate actions needed to implement the function's strategy and business plan within the team.
• Set performance objectives for direct reports and hold individuals accountable to achieve them.
• Coach and develop Supervisors to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
